Gender coding

By. the term used in assigning particular traits or behaviours exclusively or predominantly( mainly) to males or females. GENDER CODING: "In gender coding we assign traits to males and females."

Purposeof gender coding

Gender Coding are the signals that individuals manifest externally and that indicate their sexuality or relative masculinity or femininity. Individuals may use their outward appearance to communicate implicitly gender identity and Sex Roles and Gender Roles, or use their appearance to avoid doing so.Aug 12, 2014
