To Abram this mystery box represents his grand father, infinite possibility, hope and potential.
3 technologies inspire or challenge J. J. 4 my favorite movie from his movies is mission impossible. I love this movie because  besides it being a really good movie,  keeping me on edge from the start to the end  just worried and really emotional at all times , I used watch it with my family. My mother was not a great fan of movies . she used to be really picky about the movies that she watches so it is not that often that we watch movies together and talk about them after.

According to the video when he was a little kid his grandfather used to bring him radios, telephones and open them up and also explain to him how those things actually work, the mystery behind the objects. He also awake Adams curiosity about crafts and opening things up and trying to figure it out how they work and notice the little details. He took him to the magic store in New York where Abrams saw a lots of mysterious things and bought his mystery box which gave him the idea that the mystery is more interesting than knowledge and inspired his love of mystery.

3. He describes that in his work he uses his imagination, making the movies more interesting with withholding informations, making mysterious scenes to intrigue the people who watch it guess what's going to happen next. He's also taking advantage of the new technology, using visual effects , like in the movie "Mission Impossible" where Tom Cruz is playing two roles.

4. One of my favorite movies is "The George McKenna Story" with Denzel Washington. It is my favorite movie because is based on a inspiring true story where the new principal in a gang high school who is not respected by the staff and the students with real dedication and hard work turns the school into well functioning high school and gains respect of the administrators and the students as well.

My edited answer as of 9 pm on 1/8: I think Abrams expresses that "mystery" is the magic to his work.  Abrams describes that the Tannen’s Mystery Magic Box, the big question mark on the box makes him sense infinite possibility, hope, potential, and mystery is the catalyst for imagination.  He also said that the thing of mystery in terms of imagination, a mystery which is the withholding of information will make people more expecting and exciting.

4. What is your favorite movie? Why?

Ever After, directed by Andy Tennant, and starred by Drew Barrymore, Angelica Huston, and Dougray Scott.
It borrows the Cindellera story to combine with more reality settings, popular people such as Leonardo Da Vince and the Grimm Brothers, and historical all together very well.   Visuals and arts are nicely done to reflect the renaissance era.  It has some actions.  In addition to all of them, it is a happy ending story with an independent girl and a prince in a learning process for his duty. :)
